How it works
Three messages. No shop visit.
Tell us the city, your dates, sizes and the colours you like on WhatsApp or Zalo. We reply in English within the hour, 8am–9pm Vietnam time.
We bring a choice of ao dai to your hotel or Airbnb (or fit you by appointment), you try them on, and we take a small refundable deposit.
Keep the ao dai for the day — walk, shoot, celebrate. We collect it after, or you drop it back. Same-day is often possible.

We are run by the Cáo Studio team — makeup artists and stylists who dress Vietnamese brides and events every week. The ao dai is respected traditional dress, so we help you wear it properly, choose a style that suits the place and occasion, and look after every fitting. Sister brands handle makeup (Cáo Makeup), flowers (Hoa Lang Thang) and full photoshoots (Vietnam Photoshoot).

How does ao dai rental work?
Message us on WhatsApp or Zalo with your city, dates, size and the colours you like. We bring a choice to your hotel (or fit you by appointment), you try them on, we take a small refundable deposit, and you return the ao dai after your session. Same-day is often possible.
What sizes do you have?
Women, men and children, in sizes XS to XXL including tall and plus-size. If you are unsure, send your height and usual dress or shirt size and we will bring options that fit.
How much does it cost?
Rental prices depend on the city, the style and how long you keep the ao dai. Message us and we send an exact, all-in quote within the hour — no hidden fees. A small refundable deposit confirms the booking.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a small refundable deposit (returned when you bring the ao dai back undamaged) or a copy of ID, depending on the rental. We explain it clearly before you pay anything.
Can you deliver to my hotel?
Yes — hotel and Airbnb delivery is our main way of working in Hanoi, Saigon, Hoi An and Da Nang. Tell us the address and a time and we come to you.
Do I need to book in advance?
A day or two is ideal to reserve your size and colour, but same-day rental is often available. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly what we can do for your dates.
Can you add makeup or a photographer?
Yes. Any rental can include hair and makeup at your hotel and a local photographer for a guided walk. Ask for the Ao Dai + Photoshoot package and we build it around your day.
Is it respectful for a foreigner to wear an ao dai?
Absolutely — Vietnamese people are happy to see visitors wear the ao dai with care. It is respected traditional dress, so we help you wear it properly and suggest styles suited to the occasion and place.
What should I wear underneath?
A light, neutral top and fitted bottoms work best; we provide the traditional trousers. Bring comfortable shoes you can walk in — you keep your own footwear.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Booking and coordination are in English (and Vietnamese) over WhatsApp and Zalo, and our team has working English for fittings and sessions.
